Hi, I’m Kasia, Founder of The Reset

"I've been where you are. That's why I built this."

I spent my career leading marketing teams at high-growth startups and scaleups across Europe. I loved the work. I was good at it. And for a long time, I didn’t notice what it was costing me.

Experiencing burnout myself changed everything. It made me a better leader, and eventually a coach. Now I help leaders do what took me years to figure out: perform at a high level without losing themselves in the process.

P.S. Kasia is the short form of Katarzyna.
